Eligibility for Refunds

Full Refund
If the event does not have a queue.
90% Refund
If the bypass link is not provided within 15 minutes after sales start.
50% Refund
If the HTB service fails to secure a ticket for the user.

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

The bypass link is provided within 15 minutes after sales start and is accessible from our end.
The user fails to download the required extension after receiving instructions.
Issues beyond our control, including but not limited to: payment processing problems; login difficulties; ticketing site crashes; ticket unavailability due to limited stock.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Approved refunds are processed within one day.
TicketFlow’s decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entertained.
