Important Information

1. Independent service

   TicketFlow is an independent concert ticket purchasing and resale service. We are not the event organiser, artist, venue or official ticketing platform.

2. Ticket requests

   Submitting a ticket request does not guarantee that tickets will be secured. Availability depends on the official ticketing platform, event demand and available supply.

3. Payment process

   TicketFlow confirms the ticket price and HTB service fee through official WhatsApp. The complete confirmed amount must be paid before TicketFlow attempts to secure the requested ticket.

4. Unsuccessful requests

   If TicketFlow cannot secure the requested ticket, the full payment will be refunded within 24 hours.

5. Fixed pricing

   The ticket price and HTB service fee confirmed for the order are fixed. Customers will be shown the complete amount before payment.

6. Final orders

   Ticket requests, ready-stock purchases and successfully secured orders cannot be cancelled because of a customer’s change of mind.

7. Customer information

   Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, contact information, event details and ticket preferences. TicketFlow is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

8. Ticket delivery

   Tickets may be delivered through WhatsApp or email as a PDF, QR code or another format provided by the official ticketing platform.

9. Event changes

   Event dates, venues, admission rules, postponements and cancellations are controlled by the organiser. Refund eligibility is subject to the TicketFlow Refund Policy.

10. TicketFlow Extension

    The TicketFlow Extension helps users save profiles, organise ticket preferences and reduce repetitive typing on supported checkout pages. It does not guarantee ticket availability.

11. Privacy

    TicketFlow collects only the information needed to process an order. Customer information will be deleted after the order is completed and is no longer required, except for records that must be retained for accounting, disputes or legal obligations.

12. Official communication

    Ticket details, HTB service fee and payment arrangements are confirmed through TicketFlow's official WhatsApp number.
