TicketFlow FAQ
TicketFlow is an independent service provider offering ticket purchasing assistance, ready-stock concert tickets and subscription-based extension tools.
TicketFlow is not an event organiser, venue, artist or official ticketing platform.
No. Submitting a request and making payment does not guarantee that a ticket will be secured. Availability depends on official ticket supply, platform availability and event demand.
The process is:
- Submit a ticket request.
- Receive ticket details, ticket price and HTB service fee through WhatsApp.
- Pay the complete confirmed amount.
- TicketFlow attempts to secure the requested ticket.
- Receive the result through WhatsApp.
- Receive the ticket according to the official platform's delivery timeline.
The HTB service fee varies by event, ticket category, quantity and purchasing difficulty. TicketFlow will clearly confirm the official ticket price, HTB service fee and any known platform fees through official WhatsApp before payment.
If TicketFlow cannot secure the requested ticket, the full payment will be refunded within 24 hours. The customer's bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
No. Customers cannot cancel because they changed their mind, found another ticket, selected the wrong category or are no longer available. Check all details before confirming payment.
Ticket delivery depends on the official ticketing platform and event organiser. Some tickets may only be released close to the event date, commonly around two weeks before the event.
Refund eligibility follows the organiser's official policy. TicketFlow processes eligible ticket refunds only after receiving the refund from the organiser or ticketing platform. Completed HTB service charges are non-refundable.
Ready-stock tickets are tickets available separately from TicketFlow's HTB service. The event, date, category, quantity, seat information and final selling price will be confirmed before payment.
Before ticket sales begin, customers may save patron profiles, preferred ticket categories, backup categories, quantity and other supported settings. After the customer completes any required queue and enters a supported purchasing page, the Extension may apply saved preferences and assist with supported checkout preparation.
No. The Extension does not bypass queues or platform controls, and it does not guarantee ticket availability, successful checkout or event entry.
Activated subscriptions are normally non-refundable. If a technical issue completely prevents access or use and TicketFlow support cannot resolve it, TicketFlow may provide a refund or another appropriate resolution.
