TicketFlow Terms & Conditions

1. About TicketFlow

TicketFlow is an independent service provider offering ticket purchasing assistance, ready-stock concert tickets and subscription-based extension tools.

TicketFlow is not an event organiser, venue, artist or official ticketing platform and is not affiliated with them unless explicitly stated.

2. Ticket availability

Submitting a ticket request and making payment does not guarantee that a ticket will be secured.

Ticket confirmation depends on official ticket supply, platform availability and event demand.

3. Ticket purchasing assistance

The customer journey for ticket purchasing assistance is:

  • The customer submits a ticket request.
  • TicketFlow confirms the ticket details, ticket price and HTB service fee through WhatsApp.
  • The customer pays the ticket price and HTB service fee in full.
  • TicketFlow attempts to secure the requested ticket.
  • TicketFlow notifies the customer through WhatsApp when the purchase is successful.

4. Service fees

HTB service fees may vary depending on event demand, ticket category, preferred section, quantity and the difficulty of obtaining the requested ticket.

The complete ticket price and HTB service fee will be confirmed through TicketFlow's official WhatsApp before payment.

5. Unsuccessful requests

If TicketFlow cannot secure the requested ticket, the full payment will be refunded within 24 hours.

The customer's bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears.

6. Confirmed orders

All confirmed orders are final, non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless TicketFlow is unable to secure the requested ticket or a refund is approved under the event organiser's policy.

Customers must check the event, date, category, section, quantity and price before confirming payment.

7. Ticket delivery

Ticket delivery methods and timelines depend on the official ticketing platform and event organiser.

Tickets may be delivered through email, an official ticketing application, PDF, QR code, WhatsApp or another agreed transfer method.

Some tickets may only be released close to the event date, commonly around two weeks before the event, although the exact timing may vary.

8. Ready-stock tickets

Ready-stock ticket sales are separate from TicketFlow's HTB service.

The available event, date, category, quantity, seat information and final selling price will be confirmed before payment.

Confirmed ready-stock purchases are final, non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise required by the organiser's official refund policy.

9. Event cancellation or postponement

If an event is cancelled, refunds will follow the event organiser's official refund policy.

TicketFlow will process an eligible ticket refund after TicketFlow has received the corresponding refund from the organiser or official ticketing platform.

If an event is postponed, the ticket will normally remain valid for the new date.

Any refund for a postponed event is subject to the organiser's approval.

Completed HTB service charges are non-refundable for event cancellations or postponements.

10. TicketFlow Extension

The TicketFlow Extension helps customers save ticket preferences, patron profiles and supported checkout information.

It does not guarantee ticket availability, successful checkout or admission to an event.

Extension subscriptions are governed by the separate Extension Terms and Refund Policy.

11. Updates

TicketFlow may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.

The latest version published on TicketFlow's official website will apply.

Acceptance

By submitting a request, making payment, purchasing a ready-stock ticket or activating an Extension subscription, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the applicable TicketFlow terms.
