Bypass Link requires the TicketFlow Bypass Extension and your event special password. Bypass links will not work without the Extension. Bypass Link helps you skip the virtual queue and enter the official ticketing page, but does not guarantee ticket availability or a successful checkout.
Confirmed Bypass Link orders are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged because of a change of mind. Exceptions only apply where stated in TicketFlow's Refund Policy .
By confirming a request or making payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
TicketFlow may update its Terms & Conditions when necessary. The latest version published through TicketFlow's official website or channels will apply.
