Customers are responsible for providing accurate information. Incorrect details may delay or affect an order, transfer or entry.

Data security

TicketFlow takes reasonable steps to protect customer information used for order processing and support. Customers should only communicate through TicketFlow’s official WhatsApp number or support email.

Data sharing

TicketFlow may share information only where needed to process an order, deliver a ticket, maintain payment records, support an extension licence or comply with legal obligations. TicketFlow does not sell customer information.

Website analytics and external platforms

TicketFlow may use privacy-focused website analytics to understand general usage, such as pages visited, device category, approximate region and referral source.

TicketFlow does not intentionally send ticket-request personal information to analytics.

Customers may leave this website when opening Telegram or WhatsApp and will then be subject to those platforms' privacy policies.

Data retention

Customer order information will be deleted after the order is completed and it is no longer required. Payment records, accounting records and dispute-related information may be retained where required for legitimate business, accounting or legal purposes.

Customer requests

Customers may contact TicketFlow to ask about the information held for their order, request a correction where appropriate, or ask about deletion after an order is completed and no longer required.
