Activated subscriptions are normally non-refundable. If a technical issue completely prevents access or use and TicketFlow support cannot resolve it, TicketFlow may provide a refund or another appropriate resolution.
Customers must not store ticketing passwords, banking passwords, card security codes or authentication information inside the Extension.
No. Support depends on the website, checkout structure and current TicketFlow version. Supported features may change when ticketing platforms update their pages.
