Open TicketFlow Pro and choose where you’re buying — BMS / BigTix / Starplanet, GoLive / Live Nation, or Ticketmaster SG. The popup mirrors the real Chrome extension: big site tiles, live badges, and a clear path into assisted checkout.
Save patron details, Visa/Mastercard for autofill, and your section preference order with quantity. Prefs adapt to the pack: category titles for BigTix, zone IDs for GoLive, map codes for Ticketmaster.
On a matching booking tab, hit Run. TicketFlow Pro continues across pages — sections, cart, patron fill, card fill — while you stay in control for Pay, 3DS, and OTP. Ticketmaster stops after map section so you finish qty yourself.
Assistance depends on the official ticketing page. TicketFlow does not bypass queues, CAPTCHAs, or platform security.

No. TicketFlow does not currently offer a free trial.
TicketFlow offers one-month, three-month and six-month subscription options.
Activated subscriptions are normally non-refundable. If a technical issue completely prevents access or use and TicketFlow support cannot resolve it, TicketFlow may provide a refund or another appropriate resolution.
Card details saved in Setup stay in your Chrome profile on that device. You remain responsible for confirming payment, 3DS and OTP on the official site.
