Refund Policy

Refund rules depend on whether the payment relates to ticket purchasing assistance, an event change or an Extension subscription.

Ticket purchasing assistance

If TicketFlow cannot secure the requested ticket, the full payment will be refunded within 24 hours.

Bank or payment-provider processing may take additional time before the refund appears.

Customers cannot cancel because they changed their mind, found another ticket, selected the wrong category or are no longer available.

Event cancellation or postponement

Refund eligibility follows the organiser's official policy.

TicketFlow processes the ticket refund only after receiving it from the organiser or ticketing platform.

Completed HTB service charges are non-refundable.

Postponed tickets normally remain valid for the replacement date unless the organiser approves a refund.

Extension subscriptions

Subscription payments are non-refundable after successful licence activation.

If a technical issue completely prevents access or use and TicketFlow support cannot resolve it, TicketFlow may provide a refund or another appropriate resolution.
